The terms that apply to this website and to working with Kimberly Kubalek, stated plainly rather than in fine print.
This website is Kimberly Kubalek’s studio: who she is, Panoramic Media and the brands under it, and the kinds of work she takes for hire. Reading it, browsing it, or sending a note through it does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
Work is taken on individually, by agreement. The scope, schedule, and price of any project are set out in a written agreement before the work begins — not implied by anything on this site. Descriptions of kinds of work here are summaries, not offers with fixed terms.
The text, design, and imagery of this site belong to Kimberly Kubalek. Client project ownership — who holds the code, the accounts, and the content — is defined in each project’s written agreement, and the default is that you own what you paid for.
Named brands and properties shown on this site are operated by Kimberly Kubalek through Panoramic Media; their trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
Technology work carries uncertainty, and honest terms acknowledge that. Nothing on this site is a warranty of a particular result. I stand behind the work through the terms of each written agreement, which will say plainly what happens if something does not go as planned.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kimberly Kubalek is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Liability for project work is defined in the written agreement for that project.
This site links to external services and profiles, including LinkedIn and X. Those destinations are governed by their own terms; Kimberly Kubalek is not responsible for their content or practices.
Anything unclear here can be asked through the contact form. These terms are intentionally short; the agreement for any actual work will be longer and more specific.
